Marketing

Build Successful Brands

Brand managers are often likened to small business owners because we assume full responsibility for a brand or brand family. It is our job to distill the brand's essence, map out the competitors in the brand's category, identify marketing opportunities, and be able to effectively communicate the unique benefits of that product or service with the help of a cross functional team. Success in the brand management function is measured by delivering against sales volume, market share, and profit projections for our assigned business(es).

Team spirit, meaningful messaging and personal growth: Nestlé Purina's marketing department is anything but typical.
