I have a wide variety of music. You can find anything from rap to country.
What are your favorite books?
My favorite book of all time was A Million Little Pieces. I also enjoy any book by John Grisham.
What made you choose to work at Nestlé Purina?
I chose Nestlé Purina because I knew it would be able to open so many opportunities and have numerous things to offer to my career.
What motivates you to continue working at Nestlé Purina?
My primary motivation is the people I get to work with on a day-to-day basis. We are a very diverse group and are able to share so many experiences with each other that it brings something new into my life everyday.
What has been the most rewarding thing about working at Nestlé Purina?
The most rewarding thing Nestlé Purina offers is all of the opportunities we have to help out our community. Through both United Way donations and our PetCare Pride Day we are able to make a difference in the lives of both people and pets in the area.
What do you wish you would have known about Nestlé Purina while you were searching for a job?
I wish I would have known how highly respectful everyone is at Nestlé Purina and under the Nestlé organization and the amount of dedication the company has to achieving its goals.
What is the most gratifying component about your current role?
Both working on a successful team and having other people rely on me to accomplish a common goal, and recognize all of our efforts are the most gratifying part of my role.
How have you been able to use your past experience or knowledge in your current role?
I have been able to take all of my teachings from school, both technical and logical and apply them to the things I do every day at my desk.
What has Nestlé Purina done to help you develop professionally or personally?
They continually offer and encourage me to take part in different classes that will enable me to develop all of my skills.
What is your favorite thing to do when you are not working?
Any outdoor activity with my friends and my dogs.
When you're out on the town, where are we most likely to run into you?
Most likely at a restaurant. I am not particular on the type of food, but I enjoy going out to eat.
